- Review of approved FAT procedure and applicable ITP points
- Verification of equipment identification, nameplates and configuration
- Witnessing of functional and performance testing
- Electrical, mechanical, pressure or operational checks as required by the scope
- Recording of actual results and deviations
- Verification of punch items and outstanding actions
- Structured inspection reporting with supporting photographs where permitted
